Fake evolution of Mewtwo.
From now on, Maxtriyu is an alternate form of Ultios. This is called the ~broken form. The evolution Mewtwo forced itself into had adverse affects on the entire process, and ended up successfully evolving, but into a form with such power it was uncontrollable. Eventually broken form naturally shifts itself into the true form of Ultios, Perfect form.
