Outlaw Pokemon - Peakin

Height 3 foot 9 inches
Dex Entry: Before the species was relocated to the Guhat Outlaw Zone, forest fires could often be traced back to this innocent yet dangerous pokemon. Peakin are highly combustable, and catch ablaze when hit with fire attacks, lighting everything else on fire they come into contact with. They are the only outlaw pokemon that are outlawed for an entirely defensive reaction.

Special Outlaw Ability
-Combustion-
Pokemon will change to fire type when hit with a fire move. Does not take damage from the converting fire attack. Once switched to fire type, all offensive attacks will also inflict burn.

Learned at level 75
Will inflict 40 fire damage to self and enemy.

Everybody meet Peakin, based on Arson, in its standard grass form. =]
This is Peakin's natural form it takes, being a grass pokemon by default. When hit with a fire move, it changes to fire mode: [link]

Its outlaw ability is actually a defensive mechanism. Unlike other outlaw pokemon, its not outlawed for intentionally causing damage/disturbances. Even though its not a mean spirited pokemon, once its been caught on fire it becomes extremely dangerous to its surroundings, whether it wants to or not. Thus, for the protection of the general populace, its been moved as a species to the outlaw zone.

Also, since its outlaw ability is basically a trap, and would become useless once people hear about it and know not to use fire moves on it, it does also learn a unique move at high level which allows it to switch itself into fire mode at the cost of damaging itself.

Name is a combination of peacock and kindle.
