So today I went to the Georgia Aquarium for the first time. Living literally 15 minutes from Atlanta, it's a little ridiculous that its the first time I've been able to go. I've been wanting to for a loooooong time. I got crazy inspiration for new pokeymans ideas left and right. It was awesome.
But you know, I find it funny that the last few times I've almost started going back to drawing new pokemon I end up getting discouraged by my "fans".
I'm going to clarify this one last time. Only once more. And I would really, really recommend not challenging me on this.
Do NOT alter my images. Period. Don't do it. DO NOT remove the watermark. For any reason. If you ask to use my art elsewhere and I give the go as long as I'm given credit, that doesn't mean it's suddenly become okay to remove the watermark. Do you know why it's there? To stop people from ripping my shit off. If you upload it elsewhere, even if you have permission, and take the watermark off, you just make it easy for other people to take those watermark-less images and claim them as their own elsewhere.
Also, do not take my stuff and barely alter it, then claim it as your own. Especially if you're too lazy to even come up with a new name for it. If you barely change the design and the name is even the same, it isn't yours. Credit is not difficult to give. Its just a few words. Do it.
As a result, I'm about to go back and make an even bigger, more difficult to remove watermark that WILL block parts of the image intentionally, and may even block a cool little detail. So if you can't see a certain detail, you know what? That sucks. It really does. I'd prefer to not have to hide my art behind masks. I upload it here to show it off, in all honesty. Who doesn't upload it here for that purpose. I like to hear what people think, and it makes me feel good when people like what I've done. Therefore it seems a bit stupid to have to hide what I've worked on. But my hand is being forced. Its pretty damn stupid. And I'm at the end of my tolerance for finding my artwork uploaded elsewhere in a state I have not given the okay.

dammit nintendo.
it appears nintendo has created a new form for mewtwo as of the new movie featuring it and genosect. and given the title of the movie, it sounds like it will achieve this new form un a similar manner to how i planned ultios to evolve from mewtwo.
oh well, i actually had a change of plans for ultios anyway. this just cements it haha
always sucks when you feel marginally original in your ideas for pokemon and nintendo eventually does something similar. like how people kept telling me garsoul and it's line were ripoffs of garbodor once it was revealed... despite the fact i made my line like 3 years prior. but it's something you risk when you m
A 6th gen pokemon rumor
So I have this handy little app on my phone called flipboard. Pretty much a little digital news magazine for various topics you can choose to browse, from science, to fashion, photography, and of course the one I check the most often, gaming.
About a month or 2 ago there was a story posted about some details leaked about an alleged next gen pokemon series set to be announced soon. The article mentioned the games would be on the 3DS and would make use of full 3D graphics. Both of these, as we've now seen in the recently revealed Pokemon X & Y, were true. Though of course most anyone probably could have guessed at least the 3DS part.
Now some
Watermark help?
Okay guys, so I would like to ask for some help. Does anyone have any tips they can give me for making difficult-to-remove watermarks? I've already enlarged my watermark I already made for some stuff I have waiting in the wings, but because I color my artwork flat (as I am god awful at shading,) I'm worried it might be easy for someone to just photoshop my watermarks out without too much difficulty. Which is exactly what I found the last time I got pissed off about my work being uploaded elsewhere...they even admitted "There was a watermark so I had to photoshop it out hurdurr." They gave credit, but regardless. If it's uploaded one place onl
Art block fo yearssss
So, me and an old friend were talking about our art the other day at work, and both agreed that sometime around 10th grade our brains stopped cooperating with things artistic. We both still draw and do things artsy, but its no where NEAR the extent it used to be. We both used to constantly draw in our free time, now we get in short spurts that last a week or so at a time usually, with big gaps in between.
Have any of you guys out there had a similar issue? Just wondering if it was just our high school being cursed lol.

I am so sorry that explains why it has been a while since you have posted anything. I will look out for any images of yours and make people take them down.
